Yonder Biology wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your DNA art, we will refund your money, or offer a reprint at no extra charge.

The fine print:

1. You may return or exchange your DNA artwork up to ten days from the date that you receive your final DNA artwork. For returned artwork, there is a $50 non-refundable fee assessed for the DNA collection kit. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange your DNA art, you will receive your new artwork within 30-days from the date which we receive the returned DNA art from you. The cost associated with shipping the artwork back to yonder biology will be your responsibility.
